Our Policies
Late Arrival for Appointment
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to modify or reschedule your service at the discretion of your service provider. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time available.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
We kindly ask for 48-hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will result in the following fees, which will be charged to the card on file:

Injectable appointments: $150

All other appointments: $50
Some specialized treatments may require a non-refundable booking deposit, which will be confirmed during your consultation or at the time of booking. If our cancellation policy is not met, deposits will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
We will happily return any unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unopened products that are returned between 30-60 days will be eligible for exchange or in-store credit. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if you experience an adverse reaction, you may be eligible for in-store credit within 30 days. Please contact us right away and so we can book you an appointment for a re-assessment.
Non-Refundable Policy
Gift cards & treatment packages are non-refundable.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances, Derma Spa may need to reschedule your appointment. Please be assured this decision is only made after all other options have been considered. We will do our utmost to accommodate you at your earliest convenience.
