Late for Appointment

In the event that you are late for your appointment, it will likely need to be rescheduled or modified at the discretion of your service provider.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card number is required to hold all appointments. Please be aware that 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel any spa or clinic service (including complimentary consultations). If a cancellation is not within this time frame or the client does not show up for an appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card number provided. For CoolSculpting, because the booking times are much longer, 72 hours’ notice is required. If the cancellation is not within this time frame or the client does not arrive for an appointment, the $200 CoolSculpting deposit is forfeited.

Consultations with Dr. Hollis

All medical/surgical consultations with Dr. Hollis are subject to a $100 fee, with the exception of Earlobe Repair Consultations, which are $50. Subsequent medical/surgical consultations are subject to a $50 fee.

Non-Refundable Policy

Gift cards, retail product and treatment packages are non-refundable.

Considerations

Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa clients. For your maximum pleasure and in consideration of other spa clients, it is recommended that small children do not accompany you on your spa visit. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or set to silent upon entering the spa.
